A vice used to release those negative chemicals in your system..

Are you in a rut? Do you feel a heavy ton on your mind and body? Do you feel yourself  about to have a meltdown in public before stepping off to a corner to take some deep breaths? These are only a few examples to avoid by adapting vices to release those negative chemicals in your system that can temporarily alleviate those nasty symptoms. Me,

I like to go to the Driving Range and work  on my long game. Golf is a stress reliever, but I must warn ya, learning the game, and getting better at it is very addictive wich is why it is 1 of those positive vices. I like to avoid the other vices, although I tend to gravitate towards them every once in a while (Nobody’s Perfect). The gym is another positive vice. Just the aspect of working out with a community striving towards their workout achievement for the day. It’s definitely a good distraction for whatever it is that is trying to bring you down. You want to turn those negative forces into attempts. Which is why you need to pick a vice, a positive 1. Like Painting.. That 1 right there, you can’t go wrong with that 1. Get your Bob Ross on and make “Happy Accidents”. Go to a public studio and join that session where they offer that sip of wine while you paint. An idea place to go for that first date. I like to brainstorm different ideas when it comes to letting some of those negative chemicals. Writing  is definitely a strong way to divert away from the bullshit! Just write. Whatevers on the brain bro just write. You’d be shocked at some of the stuff that comes  out on that phone, laptop, PC. Like me. I’m obi-wan kenobing the shit out of this thing that’s trying to bring me into a funk… It’s all about the fight.. You got to beat the devil outta those negative chemicals.. Happy 2025.
